• Replacement Conditions: The product must be unused, unwashed, and unsullied. Products that show signs of being worn, washed, or damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for replacement.

• Upon approval, we will process the replacement at no extra cost to you up to the original amount paid for the item.

• No extra charges will be levied for replacements of products within the original purchase amount.

• Customer Mistakes: We will not accept replacements for items ordered in the wrong size or with incorrect details provided by the customer. Please ensure that you choose your size carefully.

• Wear and Tear: Replacements will be refused for products that have been worn, washed, or soiled. Please ensure the item is in its original condition for replacement eligibility.

• Non-Defective Items: If the product is not found to be defective or damaged upon inspection, a replacement will not be granted.

5. Shipping and Handling:

• We will cover the shipping costs for sending a replacement if the issue is due to a defect or error from our side.
