* Return Eligibility

Customers are eligible to request a return within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging. The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused after delivery.

In the interest of hygiene and product integrity, The Witty Wolf reserves the right to refuse returns where it is evident that the product has been used, washed, soiled, or tampered with.

* Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacements within 7 (seven) days of delivery in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, incorrect, or has a genuine size or fit issue. Replacement requests are subject to verification by our team and approval based on the condition of the returned product.

The replacement will be processed for the same product or a suitable alternative of equal value, depending on availability.

* Non-Eligible Cases

Certain situations are not eligible for return or replacement. Requests will be rejected if the product has been used, washed, damaged due to customer handling, or returned without original packaging and tags. Requests raised after the 7-day window will not be entertained. Additionally, products that are found to be non-defective upon inspection will not qualify for replacement or refund.

Partial returns of combo or bundled products are not permitted. The entire set must be returned together in its original condition.

* Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with their order details and reason for the request. Supporting images may be required for verification, especially in cases of defective or incorrect products.

The Witty Wolf offers reverse pickup services for most serviceable pin codes. In locations where reverse pickup is not available, customers will be required to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Customers are advised to retain proof of shipment for tracking purposes.

* Replacement Process

Once a replacement request is received, our team will evaluate the issue based on the information and images provided. In certain cases involving defective or incorrect items, customers may not be required to return the product if sufficient proof is provided.

Upon approval, the replacement will be processed without any additional cost if the issue is due to an error on our part. Customers will be informed about the next steps, including pickup or shipping instructions.

* Size and Fit Issues

While we aim to provide accurate sizing information, customers are encouraged to review the size chart carefully before placing an order. Replacement for size or fit issues may be permitted subject to product condition and availability.

In such cases, customers may be required to bear the return shipping cost. The product must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a size exchange.

* Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in cases where a return is approved and the product is received by us, or where a replacement is not available. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer, as applicable.

The refund process may take 5 to 7 business days after approval, depending on the payment method and banking timelines.

* Shipping and Handling

If the return or replacement is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect product delivered by The Witty Wolf, we will bear the shipping costs associated with reverse pickup or replacement delivery.

In cases involving size exchange or other customer-driven requests, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

* Special Conditions

Products purchased as part of a combo or bundle must be returned in full. Partial returns are not accepted under any circumstances. Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable. Any gift wrapping charges applied at the time of purchase are also non-refundable, and replacements will not include gift wrapping services.
